He left because he'd watched too many customers get sold work they didn't need, surprised with charges that weren't on the quote, and left waiting all day for a tech who showed up at 6pm.
He started with two trucks, his son Marco, and a simple rule: price it upfront, show up when you say you will, and never sell someone work they don't need. That's it. That's the whole business philosophy.
Seventeen years later, we're nine Red Seal certified plumbers running out of a proper shop, serving twelve cities across the metro area, with 4.9 stars across more than 2,100 reviews. The two-truck garage days are over, but the three rules haven't changed.
We still answer the phone. Ray still works jobs. Marco runs operations. We're small enough that if something goes wrong, you can call the owners directly — and big enough that we can show up at 2am with the right truck.
